Bye Bye Bazza

Seems just the other day there were 11 days to go ’till my sister (Dal) and her husband (Rum) emigrated to Australia. Time flew by and before I knew it, I was dropping her off at the airport yesterday morning. I don’t think it’s quite sunk in yet and although I’m beginning to miss her already, I know I’ll be sure to visit her later this year and I’m looking forward to it already.

I’m really happy for you both and I know you’ll settle in just fine. To show my thanks and appreciation, I’ve written a little message for you both which you can read after the jump. Continue reading this entry »

Widescreen Wallpapers

I’ve always thought that widescreen wallpapers are a little hard to come by. For a while now I’ve been saving wallpapers that I’d found from various corners of the web and before I knew it, I had quite the collection. With my collection becoming healthier than ever, I’ve decided to upload all of my widescreen wallpapers to my Flickr in the hope that others may find them useful.

Please welcome the Nahals to the Blogosphere!

Rum and Dal (my brother in law and sister) have just started a blog of their own! They’re all set to emigrate to Australia next month and having a blog will be a great way for them to keep everyone informed of their move. Thanks to my constant praise of WordPress, they’ve decided to use it as their blogging software and with a little help they’re now up and running at nahalfamily.com so feel free to pay them a visit.

I’m really going to miss them when they head down under so here’s hoping they keep their blog updated regularly, unlike me!

My 5 most anticipated Xbox 360 games of 2007

Here’s a question that keeps popping up from time to time; Which 360 games am I looking forward to most this year? I’ve been asked by friends on a few occasions now so I’ve had a little think and I’ve drawn together a Top 5. Gym Results - April 2nd 2007

Here come my latest gym results! It’s been good progress each time I’ve had my bodystat readings taken so far, but now that run seems to have come to an end…or has it? The new results show a slight increase in fat weight but that in fact is part of the plan. Having built up my stamina and fitness levels, the next stage for me is to bulk up. Weight exercises are starting to replace cardio exercises and I’ll soon be using protein shakes to help build and sustain muscle. At least, that’s the theory!

Gym Results - January 29th 2007

It’s been a while since November’s results but the bodystat machine at the gym was out of order. Now back in action, I’ve had my latest readings and the results are in. After the Christmas period, I had feared that the chocolates and general Christmas eating would take its toll and reverse some of the good progress I’ve made recently. Fortunately for me, that wasn’t the case and my readings are good. Just about every result is spot on so I’m chuffed!

A Wii Review
